Responsibilities

• Work on impactful customer technical projects, including designing and building reference architectures and productionalizing customer use cases.
• Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational big data projects and 3rd party migrations, covering end-to-end design, build, and deployment.
• Consult on architecture and design, and implement customer projects to facilitate the successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption of Databricks.
• Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
• Collaborate with Databricks technical and customer teams, Project Manager, and Architect to ensure technical components of engagement meet customer needs.
