Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to increase product delivery velocity and unlock new engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems.
- Develop and execute technical software development strategy across various domains, ensuring quality, usability, and performance.
- Utilize programming languages like Java, object-oriented languages, SQL, NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes), and Azure tools.
- Act as a role model and mentor, coaching and strengthening the technical expertise of the engineering and product community, and influencing executives.
