• Define and evolve how products are planned, built, launched, and reviewed at scale, treating the product development lifecycle as a clear, efficient, and adaptable system.
• Build and maintain tooling, trackers, and workflows to enable consistent product execution across the entire product organization.
• Lead change management for new processes and systems, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Operations managers, focusing on execution quality and proactive system design.
