• Translate complex technical information into high-quality documentation and UI text (e.g., release notes, tooltips, error messages) for diverse audiences.
• Enhance documentation usability and clarity by integrating strategic graphics, illustrations, and visual aids.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs in Engineering, Field Support, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure technical accuracy and content relevance.
• Drive user experience by establishing documentation standards, style guides, and terminology for consistency across all platforms.
• Lead and mentor the technical writing team while overseeing project scheduling and management for timely delivery of documentation initiatives.
