- Translate complex technical information into high-quality documentation and UI text for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Enhance documentation usability and clarity by integrating strategic graphics, illustrations, and visual aids.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs in Engineering, Field Support, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure technical accuracy and content relevance.
- Drive user experience by establishing documentation standards, style guides, and terminology to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Lead and mentor the technical writing team while overseeing project scheduling and management to ensure the timely delivery of all documentation initiatives.
