Responsibilities

• Design, direct, and evaluate autonomous ML research agents that propose hypotheses and train models autonomously.
• Own AI biomarker models end-to-end, from problem framing through validation, regulatory submission, and production.
• Set technical direction for scientists and engineers and solve cross-cutting model generalizability challenges.
• Collaborate with product, medical, and biostatistics partners to validate clinical and pathology insights.
• Set direction across research programs and shape the AI roadmap with leadership at the Staff level.
