Responsibilities

• Design and lead experimentation programs including A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, and causal inference studies, directly mapping to product and go-to-market decisions.
• Develop and deploy predictive models for forecasting, segmentation, propensity scoring, and opportunity sizing across Cohere's core business lines.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of analysts and data scientists, setting the technical bar and fostering an environment for exceptional work.
• Define analytical priorities, allocate resources, and push initiatives from question to production.
• Partner across product, research, sales, and finance to shape Cohere's growth strategy.
