Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
- Actively participate in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to the technical win.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate their value in sales meetings and events.
- Onboard, educate, and enable partners, and support them in sales cycles.
