Responsibilities

  • Develop experiments across Mixpanel's product and onboarding flows to optimize acquisition and activation metrics.
  • Partner with Product and Design to identify high-impact experiment hypotheses grounded in data and user research.
  • Instrument tracking and build dashboards (in Mixpanel!) to measure experiment outcomes and inform iteration.
  • Build and improve onboarding experiences that drive down time to value for new Mixpanel users.
  • Participate in team on-call rotation to improve our systems and keep them healthy.
