Responsibilities
- Answer Mixpanel's biggest business and product questions to inform strategy and operations.
- Work with leadership to identify high-priority strategic questions and define a research roadmap.
- Lead quantitative research to discover relationships between user behavior and customer outcomes, and optimal strategies for product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Conduct regular metrics and research reviews with company leaders.
- Forecast metrics and attribute trends to internal and external factors, and design 'data interfaces' for internal users.
