Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the ERP environment, including application configuration, security, user administration, and system performance.
• Serve as the primary technical administrator for ERP software and related enterprise applications, monitoring health and performance.
• Administer, support, and troubleshoot integrations between the ERP and third-party systems via APIs, REST, EDI, and middleware.
• Develop and maintain queries, dashboards, reports, and data extracts using SQL and database tools.
• Plan, test, and implement ERP software patches, updates, version upgrades, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
