Responsibilities

• Design and build reference architectures and productionalize customer use cases on the Databricks platform.
• Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational big data projects and 3rd party migrations, including end-to-end design, build, and deployment.
• Consult on architecture and design, and implement customer projects to facilitate understanding, evaluation, and adoption of Databricks.
• Provide an escalated level of support for customer operational issues.
• Work with the Databricks technical team, Project Manager, Architect, and Customer team to ensure technical components meet customer needs.
