Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of CoreWeave AI Object Storage’s (CAIOS) security posture, focusing on authentication, authorization, key management, and encryption functions.
• Build and develop a world-class engineering team by hiring top talent.
• Contribute to the development of exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage optimized for AI workloads.
• Work with technologies like RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, SPDK, and distributed filesystem protocols to optimize storage performance and efficiency.
• Participate in efforts to improve reliability and observability of the storage stack, including developing metrics and dashboards.
