Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, focusing on networking technologies within high-performance compute (HPC) environments.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, then create, prototype, and deploy tailored solutions.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives and provide technical leadership during customer engagements.
• Act as a virtual member of the Networking product and engineering teams, identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Conduct technical reviews of customer workloads, pinpointing optimization opportunities and suggesting solutions.
