Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI sub-agents that combine predictive models, retrieved context, and LLM reasoning to recommend or take action across the customer lifecycle
• Build predictive and prescriptive models for churn risk, growth, adoption trajectories, and account health scoring
• Develop responsible, privacy-aware data foundations and knowledge layers for sub-agents to reason over
• Establish evaluation harnesses, metrics, and experimentation strategies for sub-agent rollouts to measure customer impact
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams to drive a data and modeling culture and mentor other data scientists
