Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of new security certifications to expand Databricks’ global market reach.
• Proactively identify and resolve project blockers to maintain high velocity in a cloud-native environment.
• Orchestrate cross-functional decision-making, driving consensus across Engineering, IT, and Product teams on technical and compliance trade-offs.
• Continuously refine project frameworks to maximize effectiveness and ensure security initiatives are rigorous and agile.
• Oversee project lifecycles, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation, and provide executive-level transparency through accurate status reporting.
