Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end across the web platform, including chat experience, case management tools, resource matching engine, and APIs.
• Design and ship LLM-powered features in production, focusing on prompt design, structured outputs, evaluation, latency, cost tuning, and fallbacks.
• Help architect data models, infrastructure, and tooling to enable continuous product improvement based on user interactions.
• Review code, pair on problems, mentor junior engineers, and establish scalable engineering practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate user needs into shippable software, prioritize fixes/improvements using data, and participate in on-call rotation.
