- Participate in a 3-week onboarding and training program covering core technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Complete two 6-week software development projects with different InterSystems product teams.
- Contribute to real codebases in front-end, back-end, and/or full stack environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with experienced engineering mentors.
