Business Systems Architect – Finance (D365 FO)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative financial solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) platform, conducting fit/gap analyses and designing integrations.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to assess, refine, and automate key financial processes in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, leveraging AI, ML, and intelligent automation.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of finance-related projects within D365 FO, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Axon’s finance leadership, providing insights into system capabilities, recommending enhancements, and informing on emerging ERP, automation, and AI trends.
• Collaborate with internal audit and finance teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, build reports, and partner with data/analytics teams for modern reporting and AI-assisted decision support.
