Responsibilities

Lead a team of dedicated software engineers on the Customer Data Platform (CDP) team.
Deliver functionality critical to Constant Contact’s biggest initiatives, working closely with the Product Owner.
Develop team members to help them achieve career goals and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
Support the ingestion and processing of real-time streaming events for the Customer Data Platform.
Manage complex technical projects and teams deeply rooted in data, and drive Agile principles.
