Responsibilities

Own configuration, custom setup, and integration work for enterprise accounts, delivering technical solutions end to end.
Partner with the Customer Success team, joining customer calls to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical plans, and answer engineering questions.
Track and drive ongoing technical workstreams for assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery without requiring intervention from Customer Success.
Act as a bridge between Customer Success and Engineering, identifying recurring customer needs to inform product roadmap improvements.
