Responsibilities
- Own configuration, custom setup, and integration work for enterprise accounts, delivering technical solutions end to end.
- Partner with the Customer Success team, joining customer calls to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical plans, and answer engineering questions.
- Track and drive ongoing technical workstreams for assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery without requiring intervention from Customer Success.
- Act as a bridge between Customer Success and Engineering, identifying recurring customer needs to inform product roadmap improvements.
