Responsibilities

• Own the functional and architectural direction on several concurrent customer engagements, managing the trade-offs to create value
• Translate customer business outcomes into platform-deliverable solution shapes and collaborate directly with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI agents
• Own customer platform adoption as a key deliverable, defining, measuring, and reporting adoption status to eliminate workarounds
• Join early customer and partner conversations to shape sales-cycle opportunities, scoping, and architectural alignment
• Close the feedback loop with the Product team by converting field findings and customer requirements into core product inputs
