Responsibilities
- Own functional and architectural direction for the order-to-cash (OTC) domain across multiple customer engagements.
- Lead ECC to S/4HANA assessments, custom code analysis, data quality checks, and simplification item mapping.
- Architect transition paths (system conversion, selective data transition, or greenfield) for high-volume OTC estates.
- Contribute SAP domain expertise and field learnings back into the Tessera AI platform to improve AI agent performance.
- Drive client adoption, oversee OTC integration surfaces (EDI, tax, payment, commerce), and work directly with customer architects.
