Senior Staff Engineer, Quote-to-Cash

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash architecture and development spanning Salesforce CPQ, CLM, and NetSuite ERP.
• Design and implement a touchless transaction processing model, minimizing manual steps across quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Lead system design for Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog architecture, pricing and discount rules, quote templates, and approval workflows.
• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite for order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Identify and drive reduction of technical debt and manual touchpoints in the QTC ecosystem.
