Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end agent and agentic feature development, including defining requirements, success metrics, and guardrails
• Lead model selection, development, and validation by rigorously assessing configurations and making adoption decisions
• Design and execute rigorous experimentation, including A/B testing, to measure the real impact of AI features on customers
• Set the quality bar across agents and partner with engineers building the evaluation infrastructure
• Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and quality clearly to product, design, engineering, and leadership teams
