Responsibilities
- Design and build the production infrastructure for AI agents, reasoning chains, and agent scaffolding.
- Redesign the product development lifecycle by replacing manual friction with agentic workflows and automated PR hygiene.
- Own the evaluation infrastructure, building pipelines, benchmarks, and quality gates to test and monitor AI model quality.
- Turn experimental AI pilots into reusable libraries, templates, and reference implementations for other engineering squads.
