Vehicle Systems Lead

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Own the Vehicle System, its interfaces, and overall performance against requirements for a new start platform
• Manage the development schedule, prototype testing, demonstrations, and transition to rate manufacturing across product generations
• Maintain responsibility for vehicle developmental budget, cost performance compliance, and target cost reductions
• Provide technical leadership at the vehicle system level and serve as the escalation path for technical decisions
• Lead and mentor senior and principal level engineers to prepare them for platform level leadership roles
