Responsibilities
- Establish and build the foundational design system in Figma, including tokens, components, patterns, and usage guidelines, partnering with engineering for consistent implementation.
- Design and prototype key features from concept to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes, utilizing Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
- Own solution discovery for features, understanding problems, exploring directions, and making product judgment calls, translating solutions into clear PRDs.
- Validate designs with customers directly, gathering feedback, and iterating on UI/UX to ensure user needs are met.
- Drive tactical delivery in partnership with engineering, moving between focused areas of the product as priorities shift.
