Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure for security, identity, authentication, and access management to ensure compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Develop and maintain security automation and tooling, including self-service tools, workflow integrations, supply-chain security, and AI-assisted risk identification.
• Lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews for new products, partnering with product and data teams to embed secure-by-default patterns and ensure secure data handling for PHI.
• Act as a technical authority for security engineering, mentoring peers and promoting secure coding and architecture practices.
• Partner cross-functionally to align on security strategy and champion an engineering culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
