• Partner with Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers to qualify opportunities, understand customer challenges, and design tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct in-depth discovery with 911 centers, emergency management agencies, and public safety IT teams.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions tailored to the agency’s environment.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for Prepared’s platform architecture, integrations, APIs, and data workflows.
• Build trust with agency decision-makers, IT administrators, and operations leaders by demonstrating deep understanding of public safety workflows.
