Responsibilities

  • Own the agentic development environment, ensuring agents can operate in independent cloud-based development environments and execute full test suites.
  • Build tooling integrations for MCP servers to connect AI agents to critical systems like CircleCI, Slack, Datadog, and Github.
  • Manage documentation and context, including the repo-wide agents.md file, to provide effective guidance and skills for AI agents.
  • Enable engineers by identifying agent struggles and addressing root causes through better documentation and tooling access, and develop tooling for non-engineers to make visual application updates.
  • Serve as a 'PM' for internal AI agents, staying current with state-of-the-art AI productivity trends and driving their adoption across Hightouch.
