Responsibilities
- Deploy Product-Led Growth (PLG) experiments targeted at partner-sourced leads, from banners to in-product referral triggers.
- Own the end-to-end deployment and iteration of partner experiences, including incentives, landing pages, demos, badging, and gamification mechanics.
- Improve partners' ability to sell Ramp by owning the full suite of sell-through experiences from discovery to referral.
- Design and ship new growth experiments to increase referral volume and deepen partner engagement, providing technical scaffolding for the partner team.
- Build autonomous AI agents that run partner workflows end-to-end, decomposing workflows into skills, tools, evals, guardrails, memory, and feedback loops.
