Responsibilities

• Deeply understand how teams operate across Mesh and proactively uncover inefficiencies, translating business challenges into clear automation and AI opportunities.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools, leveraging a mix of custom code, APIs, and no/low-code platforms.
• Partner with functional leaders to ensure solutions are actually used and integrated into daily workflows, leading internal enablement (trainings, playbooks, demos).
• Align closely with executives and functional leads on priorities and tradeoffs, clearly communicating progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop foundational assets like prompt libraries, SOPs, templates, and integration patterns, standardizing how AI solutions are built, evaluated, and scaled internally.
