Responsibilities

• Manage internal AI platforms and sandboxes as internal products to ensure high adoption and compliance with guardrails
• Design and lead training programs, workshops, and resource hubs to upskill employees in AI adoption
• Partner with business units to identify opportunities and help them build and test fast-turnaround AI POC prototypes
• Cultivate and mentor a cross-departmental community of AI Champions to design localized AI solutions
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and trends to demonstrate practical ways to embed AI into everyday operations
