Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise engagements end-to-end, delivering high-quality marketing applications on Kana's platform.
- Hire, develop, and manage a growing team of AI Solutions Builders, coaching them on AI coding agents and customer interaction.
- Synthesize customer insights to define the product strategy for the solutions practice and shape the roadmap for AI-assisted development tooling.
- Define and evolve the playbook for AI-assisted application development, including tool usage, prompt structuring, code review standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Take on the most complex or high-stakes customer builds yourself, setting the standard for quality and ensuring applications meet enterprise standards.
