Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions for scalability, reliability, and security across the application landscape.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating key business applications like Salesforce, Netsuite, and Workday, leveraging Mulesoft.
- Architect and govern the strategic implementation of AI/ML capabilities within core SaaS platforms, ensuring data readiness and ethical application.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and solution blueprints.
- Partner with Product Managers, Delivery teams, and Business Stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable technical designs.
