Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of IC data scientists, setting direction, unblocking work, running 1:1s, and growing their scope and impact.
- Own Proof of Concept (PoC) delivery, partnering with enterprise customers to demonstrate fraud-loss reduction and platform ROI.
- Stay hands-on in technical work, building or reviewing ML models, conducting in-depth fraud analyses, and shipping production-grade solutions.
- Define and track performance metrics, designing dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of risk strategies.
- Translate client problems into data solutions, acting as a senior point of contact for fraud challenges and turning complex findings into clear recommendations.
