Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner for partner-focused CRM and PRM platforms, ensuring accurate configuration of partner objects, workflows, and automation.
• Manage the partner systems roadmap including feature enhancements and system improvements.
• Lead design, configure, test, and deploy operational workflows such as deal registration, partner onboarding, tier progression automation, and partner SLAs.
• Establish data governance frameworks ensuring partner data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, analytics reports, and executive summaries to support partner performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
