- Lead a small team of engineers while staying hands-on, guiding implementation from design through delivery.
- Build innovative products from scratch (0 to 1) and evolve existing systems as they scale (1 to n).
- Work alongside a cross-functional team of platform engineers, domain experts, deployment strategists, and end users.
- Partner across teams and directly with customers to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped software.
