Responsibilities

• Interpret scientific challenges as well-formulated statistical problems for AI agent development.
• Conduct cutting-edge research in post-training of LLMs for scientific reasoning tasks to exceed human capacity.
• Research optimal sampling techniques considering efficient exploration and quality-diversity.
• Own research projects end-to-end, from scoping with scientists to deployment with engineers.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, biologists, and chemists.
