- Partner with the founder to shape the scientific vision, research direction, and technical execution.
- Design, implement, and improve model post-training methods and RL feedback loops.
- Architect model training infrastructure and build, run, and debug models and training loops.
- Partner with the experimental wet-lab team to design cohesive dry/wet systems.
