- Innovate and craft clean code, leading and mitigating the impact of technical decisions across the entire product.
- Coordinate with Experience Design and software development teams to design and implement pragmatic and best-fit solutions.
- Take ownership of vision and development of technologies, infrastructure, and common components across the tech stack.
- Mentor other developers and teams, fostering a community of practice across the development organization.
- Provide support for existing products, develop new products, and contribute to defining and enforcing software development procedures, standards, and methodologies.
