- Provide premium DB2 Systems Programmer support and services to Ensono mainframe clients.
- Perform mainframe database software upgrades, administration, and tuning for customer DB2 environments.
- Handle day-to-day database maintenance including backups, restores, monitoring, reorganizations, and DR procedures.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide 24x7x365 support across multiple time zones.
- Assist with customer migration services and successfully execute disaster recovery tasks.
