Responsibilities

• Accelerate the design and implementation of end-to-end applications using GenAI and backend technologies, incorporating communication components and integrating LLMs, MCP, and agent-based workflows.
• Architect and deploy highly available, observable, and reliable systems using Kubernetes, containerized microservices, and service-oriented architectures, optimizing for performance and scalability in large enterprise environments.
• Automate OE/EE metrics, modernization tracking, and engineering maturity assessments using AI-driven workflows and intelligent agentic workflows, reducing manual reporting and project management overhead.
• Apply OE/EE principles to ensure scalable and maintainable designs, standardize AI-assisted practices for CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and observability, and partner with leadership to embed automation-first practices.
• Represent SCMAL in company-wide OE/EE forums, lead OE/EE champions, and communicate advancements and best practices to the broader developer community.
