Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve Watershed’s built-in sustainability methodologies, translating sustainability science and standards into robust product logic
• Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design scientifically rigorous and scalable methodology features
• Work in and around the codebase to review methodology implementations, write technical specifications, and contribute configuration or logic
• Interpret evolving standards and guidance (like the GHG Protocol) and determine how they should be reflected in the product
• Collaborate with go-to-market and customer-facing teams to explain methodology choices clearly to customers, auditors, and other stakeholders
