Responsibilities

• Design and ship multi-agent systems for stakeholder mapping, account research, deal health, and conversation intelligence.
• Own end-to-end LLM pipelines including prompt engineering, retrieval, tool use, structured outputs, and orchestration.
• Build and maintain classical ML/DS models (ranking, classification, embeddings, entity resolution) and fine-tune models when necessary.
• Curate training data, design eval sets, run experiments, and build eval infrastructure for shipping reliable AI features.
• Own the data flywheel, transforming customer interactions into training and feedback loops, and stay on the frontier of new model developments.
