Responsibilities

Own the full technical customer lifecycle, from initial deployment through activation and ongoing utilization, ensuring customers derive value.
Identify and champion high-impact use cases, working closely with startup engineering teams to integrate AI meaningfully.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, bringing patterns, friction points, and product insights back to Product and Engineering teams.
Operate with autonomy and strong judgment under ambiguity, taking accountability for outcomes in the field.
