Responsibilities
- Create foundational metrics, dashboards, and monitoring systems for network health and machine learning model performance
- Evaluate the value and performance of machine learning models using customer and internal data
- Analyze entities across the Plaid network to identify opportunities, anomalies, and risks
- Design experiments, define success metrics and guardrails, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build reliable data models and analytics workflows
