Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and owner of long-term success for a portfolio of Grafana customers.
• Architect, design, and guide the implementation of complex observability solutions across modern infrastructure and application environments.
• Conduct regular technical reviews, health checks, and root cause analysis (RCA) to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers to develop technical roadmaps, optimizing their cost and ensuring a strong ROI on the platform.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer internally, working with Engineering and Product Management to shape product feedback and roadmap priorities.
