Responsibilities

• Embed with a functional team, learn their work deeply, and rebuild their highest-leverage workflows around AI.
• Lead enablement sessions and stakeholder research to map intelligence gaps, manual effort, workflow friction, and handoff failures.
• Create custom tools, agents, automations, and prompts tailored to high-value workflows, contributing to system architecture and retrieval logic.
• Coach teams toward self-sufficiency in building and iterating on their own AI tools.
• Monitor adoption, diagnose output failures, and continuously tune while embedded, transitioning load-bearing agents into a shared Platform layer.
